Hello, incredible place, I was lucky enough to leave early and during the week, so I didn't have to wait for the various set-ups to take to get on top. It's a bit frustrating to see whole groups go past you, but it was well managed by your staff. I cried at the 360 cineama, and also had a lot of emotions at the part devoted to the creation of the site. Unfortunately, there was a bit of work going on during my visit, but it wasn't too distracting. Thank you for a very emotional visit.

It was okay, but there long lines for everything and my ticket was looked at as a "get in the back of the line ". The train ride was mostly under cover and not as advertised. It was an okay experience but for €211 CHF, I expected more. Thank you
Transportation was efficient, timely, and comfortable, and the entire experience at the observatory and in the Ice Palace, was magical!! We had a picture perfect day with the weather that added exponentially to the magnificence of the experience.
Appreciate all the work that had gone into building the cable car and railway to the top. The direction to the various stop points at the top is well organized.
Everything was great. We loved the snow park and snow tubing. Very impressed with the Eiger Express and cog wheel train service. Had a great time. Jung Frau is definitely a must visit attraction!
I complained above about guide as none of the choices matched the issue which was : Beyond your control ... weather wasn't on our side ... Experience still was awesome
The Eiger Express was smooth and fast. The train and the Top of Europe at Jungfraujoch were both amazing. The weather did not cooperate for us but it was still an amazingly big day!
EigerExpress fantastique.
we appreciated the fact that we could leave from the station and return at a time that suited us. no ticket problems, perfect. Otherwise we enjoyed the final ascent in the snow to the refuge (thanks to the weather), the ice cave and its sculptures and of course the landscape of the Bernese Alps and the comfort of the expert eiger as well as the cleanliness of the trabsports , restaurants toilets ....

Easy and secure. Got cheaper than any other site. Happy with experience. Very quick. Nice and simple. Loved it. Fully recommended
It was not clear where to get off from the train, to take the cable car, so we ended up missing the cable car on the way down. There was some announcement in German only. We had to wait for another train and go back to the station of the cable car. Other than that, all was good
the technical prodigy of the train, the summit building and its various facilities (ice palace) including the Indian restaurant, the unique views of the glaciers less appreciated, but crowds were expected at the summit on August 15

Going up the Jungfrau is worth the whole price of the ticket. It was a wonderful experience , the view is really exciting. Thanks to the train and cable car, the Jungfrau is within everyone's reach.

It was an amazing experience that comes on the same level as the Grand Canyon. One of my best nature experiences. In isolation, the ticket price is high, but it is worth every franc. Definitely recommend a trip to Jungfraujoch.

Our trip to Jungfraujoch was spectacular. We had clear blue skies and could see for miles and miles from the top of the mountain. We bought our tickets for the gondola from Grindelwald to the final train to get to the top of the mountain one month before our trip. We printed the QR code and brought it along on the trip. It worked perfectly. We did not reserve seats but it was not necessary, we loaded onto the gondolas and easily found seats together. This was a highlight of our time in Switzerland
We loved the tram and train rides. We found the top to be too crowded. When the glacier was closed because of the heavy snow from the night hehire, there was not enough staff explaining if it may open later. We did not know if we should wait in line or leave.
It was awesome. All the thanks to headout the check-in and check-out process was very smooth and also we bought it from headout at a cheaper rate and what can be better than that! Jungfrau is a must visit place
Everything worked perfectly and everything on time. Really a beautiful day, experience to do absolutely.

Had a beautiful time there, celrbrating my mothers 60th birthday. The entire experience, from the mountain top to the restaurants, were amazing. I would definitely book with headout again. I had to cancel the initial trip I booked due to personal reasons and rebook it for lesser people and the staff advised me accordingly on how to do so. The process was extremely easy and smooth. The refund was prompt too. Thank you so much for making the booking process and thus the trip incredibly smooth
The Trip was Amazing and lots of activities at the Top of Europe ! Breathtaking views of the snow covered Alps and green mountains Everything went as per plan just that we weee charged extra for a train reservation which was never used and we were brought down by the Eiger Gondola
Ticketing was smooth. Overall experience was awesome and unforgettable.
It went really well! Top organized! Great Eiger Express and Jungfrau Railway!

The experience was very unique, all of the transports were clean and ran perfectly on time, and the views were spectacular!
Ticketing was easy online. However one suggestion is that also e mail the QR code. It is convenient that way and we don't have to download the app for viewing the ticket etc.
That there were other displays and activities up at the top (ice tunnel/historical pics etc) besides the awesome view. Assortment of food choices too.
The weather made the trip fantastic . The ticketing service needs some improvement. Firstly it wasn't clear whether I had an actual train reservation at Kleine Schneiggig so which queue to go in. Secondly I was able choose any earlier time and spend more time at Lauterbrunnen as long as I was at kleine schneiggig by the right time .
The QR code was our ticket all day long so we did not need to queue at ticket offices. It was not overly clear what Jungfrau train and Eiger Express we were to catch back down...it just said "2 hrs later". We were delayed getting up there as the Gondola was late so wasn't sure whether we could stay longer at the top...we didn't so it was a bit rushed. We did get off at Grindelwald on the way back down and walk around for a while before catching the train back to Interlaken. All in all, a really good day.
The booking process was very easy and inclusive of getting up to Jungfraujoch from Interlaken. We were able to see everything that we wanted to including the Ice Palace, the glacier, Sphinx observatory, and everything that was at the top. We opted for the train up instead of the gondola as we are not too keen on heights; it was a beautiful scenic ride up. Some things that would have been helpful to know before hand or already have in the instructions: The starting time that you book, corresponds to the train leaving from Interlaken. I was familiar with the trains and the SBB app to check the train times, stops, and platforms we were to change at, but it wasn't really explcitly mentioned or recommended to have the SBB app. The directions only mentioned changing at Lauterbrunnen towards Kleine Scheidegg and then exit at Keline Scheidegg to wait for the cog train up, but no further details of platform switching or train times. Thankfully the trains run very on time and there's a few minutes between when your train arrives and the next one leaves, but if you miss it for whatever reason, it's a bout a 30 minute wait for the next train up or down. Even though the instructions say your ticket for your decent down is 2 or 3 hours after your start time, it doesn't not give you the exact time of your train to go down, however, there are trains running all day, you just might have to wait a little longer depending on how busy it is. Also, the QR code we received is the ticket up and back for the booking we made.
We enjoyed the train ride to the Jungfraujoch to the full. All in all, it was a very impressive experience. We did the way back a little differently by making a stopover on the Kleine Scheidek. From there, in a beautiful restaurant with a direct view of the Eigerwand, we were able to review our experience.

Going to Jungfrau is an unforgettable experience! We went up only by the little trains (no cable car) and it is really exciting! Once you get up you get a breathtaking view, take the inside tour to the Top of the Europe including the ice tunnel (icy but quaint) and the glacier walk....and you would never leave! Highly recommended!!!!

Jungfraujoch is simply a great experience, the booking at Headout was not so great. Confirmation was only confirmed after several requests and the first booked date was already gone - not very professional 👎

The information was not clear enough as to which train stop to get off. There are two similar: Grindelwald and Grindelwald terminal. Very confusing. We missed getting of at Terminal and went to Grindelwald where we followed a crowd to a mountain gondola. Only when our tickets didn't work did a worker tell us we were at the wrong mountain! We had to double back. Once we got to the right place we were told out tickets were for a specific time window which we missed and we had to wait longer. This all gave us a shorter time at the venue as return tickets were for specific times too. Instructions new to be MUCH clearer about getting of at the TERMINAL stop and not going to the final Grindelwald stop!!!
I marvel at the manmade structures. The beauty of the place, the blue glacier, the enormous amount of tourists, Scary in the ice. It was a breath taking experience.
Easy to book and support was good but because of different time zone it was bit delayed. Instructions in the email with was misleading for half fare ticket but team sent me PDF copies. Jungfraujoch tickets did not have time on them for return so we had to queue up. Overall experience was good.
The ticket mentioned a first train to Interlaken Ost at 10am that didn't exist (9.34am or 10.04am). For the 3rd train to the JungfrauRoch our ticket was not recognized when accessing the platform. We were able to take the train without a reservation, and the ticket was recognized on the train!

We luckily had fantastic weather so the view was super. The train trip was well organized and the information was also completely correct. I say top organization and keep up the good work. 👍

The entire experience was very joyful, the transportation, Especially the gondola ride , the views , the amenities, and of course they're stunning views from the top of Europe!
This self guided tour was very good. It gives you reserved seats, which saves you from massive lines. Be careful what train platform you get on at and watch for the gondola stop it's the one before the end of the line on the train.
The travel experience itself was great, the Jungfraujoch is super well organized with the round trip at the top of the Jungfraujoch. What wasn't good was the booking - I didn't know what to do with the barcodes. I couldn't figure out which barcode was for which person, what the sequence of sections was - I felt pretty left alone with the extremely cryptic confirmation. I didn't see a receipt either. The same tour without the headout would have been much better.

Everything is quite good but the only little things that you should let us know about Tranfer to Gondola at Terminal station. It's wasting my time too much.
I appreciated the organization, very good means of transportation and precise connections. Once arrived very valid route and super facilities.

It was a wonderful trip to the top of the Junfrau. Once at the top, the view is breathtaking. There is also the ice palace of the glacier, etc. It was a trip to recommend. An absolute must if you are in the area.

Ease of reserving the tickets and the fair cost. E-mail communication was good and provided valuable information, although not all inclusive and confusing at times. 2 disappointing occurances were: 1. my wife and I missed the gondola ride up to Jungfraujoch via the Eiger Express due to miscommunication as to the exact location of where to catch the Express. Ended up taking the train ride up to Jungfraujoch. 2. I inquired several times via "chat" as to whether my tickets included half fare cards since the term "2 Swiss Half Fare card" was clearly indicated in the e-mails and in the app. Since communication was not clear via "chat," I purchased 2 half fare cards at the train station. So not sure whether I really paid twice for half fare cards.

The ride up was absolutely stunnng! The train ride was fun, the exhibits were amazing, espectislly the Ice Castle. A highlight of our trip to Switzerland.
The view on top of the Jungfraujoch is magnificent. The ticketing experience is also great. We rescheduled the ticket once. At the beginning, we were a bit worried, but the rescheduling was easy and quick. Our overall experiences are great!
It was an experience of a lifetime; however, we didn't expect it would take an hour and a half to get there given when you buy a ticket it says you have only so much time to come back in order to get a seat back down the mountain. You should explain that you need to change trains at the 4th stop, and the approx. time I takes to get to the top so that visitors know what to anticipate. Thanks for this opportunity to comment.
An amazing experience! It surprised me in its raw beauty.
Plenty to do at the top - experience was only marred by lack of visibility
The train and the sightseeing on the top of mountain.
Very nice view and nice ice cave. Really too expensive, though

The activity is breathtaking but we were blessed with fabulous wetaher. The actual ride is incredible and the lake and dam along with the views at the top are incredible.
The App and ticketing were very user friendly and the staff were welcoming and very helpful. We will definitely use them again on our next trip.
Loved every bit of the entire experience. Everything was beautiful, precise, memorable. Took back a lifetime of beautiful memories
To be honest I did think it was an expensive trip being from the uk , but on reflection it was amazing , well worth it , the beer on the top was lively .
It was a very seamless process from getting tickets to getting to the activities. The views were breathtaking and spectacular. Highly recommend!!
The ticketing at Grindelwald First is way too complicated for first timer. There is a gondola ticket. There is a combo tickets. There is individual tickets
Excellent information in advance from headout. Thanks and I will refer your sites to others . I will define your online reservation in future
I was able to find all the information I needed before leaving. Just for the weather it would be nice to review the information because it is generally indicated that at this time of year it's env-2 degrees. It was 11. We were overdressed... but the snow boots could have come in handy as some places were still well covered in snow... other shoes could have been essential for the descent to the lake... Otherwise, it was a really great outing

The sights and sounds, the cold beers at the top was an added bonus. Thr nice people we meet on the way up and down. Great exeperiemce
It was an amazing experience , we had lovely weather and the views were breathtaking,I would definitely recommend going up! Very easy to purchase tickets on the website, flawless process throughout.
Lovely smooth journey on the cablecar with breathtaking views. A little pricey but worth it! Will visit again in the future.
Taking the gondola from Grindelwald to First, an incredible experience. Buying tickets online works 5 stars. To remember.

Eagles flying in the mountains? What more could a Tolkien fan want? Although the organizers knew nothing of Tolkien, I made the eagle glider flight my long-dreamed-of Gwaihir flight. Sindarin: Wind Lord was one of the lords of the eagles of the Misty Mountains. And then to snoop a bit in the Silmarillion in this beautiful landscape ... what more could you want? Yes, maybe it would be great if you could make a video or at least a photo of your own flight and if it went up and down twice ...

Quick and easy to book and then walked straight in, scanned our tickets and straight on to a gondola. Very easy and stress free 😃 highly recommend. Great experience too! Went to the top of first - what a place and what a view!
Wonderful landscape, beautiful winter hike to Bachalpsee. I couldn't see on the Firstbahn homepage whether you can get a cell phone ticket, so I booked with your partner. I didn't see on either website that there are special tickets for hikes. I therefore booked a return ticket and paid too much. I only saw this later in the brochure at the cable car.

Booking Harder Kulm bahn tickets through Headout was a breeze. I was able to get the discount from my Swiss Travel Pass ticket and immediately receive the bahn tickets. When I went to the boarding station, I was able to skip the relatively long queue for the tickets and catch the bahn in time before it departed for the top of the mountain.
From the online booking to the restaurant, it was an unforgettable experience. Very friendly staff (the train guide told us the interesting history of the train), well-kept facilities and delicious food. A big thank you to everyone responsible for such a wonderful day. The weather was at its best: we really enjoyed our stay on the Harder-Kulm and will be back next year.

I like the fact that we were able to get ticket on the same day because I thought it will be free for Swiss travel pass holder to just go to the funicular
The process was easy. The tickets worked with no problem and the experience was fabulous. Amazing Views and great restaurant at the top!
Great views at the top and a spacious restaurant with plenty of seats. Great photo opportunities on viewing platform etc.
The queue was long and hot and hectic for the train. The restaurant at the top only offer yellow frozen frozen that has been reheated. Yuck! And overpriced. But the climb to the top on my own was wonderfully rewarding.
Great little trip up to Harder Klum, and the scenery/views - well, what can I say other than absolutely stunning!! Nice food, drinks, and snacks available at the top too - definitely worth a visit.
We enjoyed much though the weather is very hot at the time of our visit but still worth.. online tickets was fast, easy and very convenient. Straight away you can get your qr code.
Harder Kulm should not be missed when you are in Interlaken. The Funicular was an amazing ride to get up to the mountain. The view of the two lakes of Brienz and Thun were breathtaking. They have a restaurant up there and it was nice to eat with while soaking up the view. My 14 year old daughter doesnt want to leave the view and wants to come back someday.
Although the line was long, the wait was okay. The ride itself was awesome with spectacular views even though we weren't seated in front on the trip going up. The view, the walk, the platform, the restaurants.. were all awesome!
The ride up and down was very smooth. The staff was friendly and helpful. The views...are indescribable. We had a wonderful time highly recommend a visit.
Our ticketing experience was great. We arrived 15 minutes early, waited just a short time before they loaded onto the tram and up the hill we went. We did not experience any long delays going up or coming down. The scenery was spectacular!!!! It was a wonderful experience! We spent approximately 2 hours at the top.
The view was good but the queue jumping wasn't. People who hadn't bought a ticket were able to go in front by buying one right before the gate. Had I known I would queue for almost an hour both ways I wouldn't have booked to be honest. It was also really disappointing when standing in the cold to see big tour groups given priority further extending the cold wait time so I ended up missing my last train home and waiting an hour for a bus in interlaken.
It was goood. Amazing place and great food options but the line in the start was too long and took a lot of our time to reach at top. You should add more lines to make it to top or maybe adopt another mechanism for attendies so that they can skip this waiting time.
Everything is just amazing A life time ago experience Magnificent views from the top And the whole experience was well organized
On the site, we are led to believe that if we buy tickets online, there will be less waiting. But we had to wait 50 minutes to get on the funicular. One person kept an eye out to make sure no one went over. Bravo
View original review in French
It was hassle-free to obtain the tickets online. No issues as well with the entrance to the venue and scanning the tickets. However, when we arrived to board, we were not informed that there were no seats available anymore as then my elderly mom had to stand the whole funicular ride. We could have waited for the next trip.
The process of getting the tickets was easy and straight forward. But having to wait 1.5 hours to get on train coming down was an overall experience killer.
Tickets were easy to purchase online. The ride up to the top was better, as it was crowded on the way down. Weather wasn't the best the day of our trip but we still enjoyed the ease of getting to see Interlaken from Harder Kulm.
The mountain is great, the funicular is awesome engineering and the team are friendly...but the organisation is awful. Queuing doesn't exist, so everyone just pushes in. A tip I didn't realise until too late though is it's far quicker to buy tickets at the railway. There's a queue for existing ticket holders and a queue to buy. Nearly everyone had bought online so anyone buying at the train jumped past everyone else, saving at least 30 minutes queuing time.
Hassle free and super easy to get online tickets.
A splendid view and a very good welcome and meal at the restaurant.

The tour was pleasant, but what was advertised was a panoramic train ride and that didn't happen. We used an ordinary train from Grindelwald to Interlaken, where some people were left standing.
